Green Teens

For teens in 6th – 12th grade
Dates announced at meetings

Want to make a difference in the world? Join the Green Teens club and discuss environmental issues, work on eco-friendly projects, go on field trips, and receive community service credit for participating. To join the club, you must fill out a Green Teens application available HERE along with the photo release form at any reference desk. If you are an animal lover, want to make a difference in a shelter animal’s life, then this club is for you! You will work on projects for shelters and animal groups, go on tours, and meet people in the field. Community service hours are given to those who participate in the club. Teen Advisory Council

For teens in grades 7th – 12th

Teen Advisory Council members help to plan and implement Library programs, MCPL website, and provide input on Teen Services at MCPL. They also volunteer at various library events. Media Teens

For teens in 6th – 12th grade
Dates announced at meetings

Get community service for creating content to promote library services, programs, clubs etc. Media Teens should have an interest in filming and photography and/or editing video and pictures. Media Teens members should be dedicated, creative, and able to work well with others. To join, fill out the online application HERE.
